Once we have reviewed the application and photos we will contact you to determine the next steps. When your home is rented, we will provide you with a thorough checklist to help you prepare your home for guests. This will include simple things like providing additional sheets and towels, providing instructions for internet and cable, and thoroughly cleaning your home.
